Training Programme Agreement (WPP)
The training programme consists of three stages:
- Training
- Work Experience
- Career Support
Upon enrolment, learners are expected to complete all applicable stages of the programme. BA National is not responsible where a learner forfeits, withdraws from, or fails to complete the programme due to personal circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Where a payment plan has been agreed, the full course fee remains payable.
The term “Training” refers to the course materials and assessment/examination.
The term “Work Experience” refers to an internship, remote placement, or practical experience placement which learners are required to complete for a minimum of 12 weeks.
The term “Career Support” refers to CV assistance, cover letter support, and the provision of a professional reference where applicable.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, assurances, warranties, representations, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
Each party acknowledges that it has not relied upon any statement, representation, assurance, or warranty other than those expressly set out within this agreement.
Nothing within this clause shall limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Payment Plans Arranged With Us
Once enrolled, learners will receive a payment confirmation receipt via Stripe acknowledging receipt of the initial payment. Learners may also be required to sign a contract confirming acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any agreed instalment plan.
Where instalments are agreed, payments will automatically be collected every 30 days from the date the agreement is signed.
Late Payments
Where agreed instalments become overdue, BA National reserves the right to:
- Restrict access to online learning materials
- Delay examination processing
- Suspend assessment marking
- Restrict access to the learner portal
until outstanding balances are paid in full.
Missed monthly instalments may incur a £40 late payment charge.
Interest on overdue amounts may also be charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Other Terms and Conditions
Students are expected to complete their training within the specified course term limits. Failure to do so may result in automatic closure of the learner account and conclusion of the agreement.
Learners are expected to attend scheduled training sessions punctually. No time compensation or rebate will be provided for late attendance.
Disengagement from training, work experience, or career support services for longer than two weeks without written consent may be treated as forfeiture of the programme.
Any evidence submitted regarding exceptional circumstances will be reviewed within 30 days before a final decision is issued in writing.
BA National accepts no responsibility for personal belongings brought to training centres or events.
Learners are expected to maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
BA National reserves the right to use learner testimonials, reviews, and photographs for marketing purposes.
Applicable Fees:
- Hard Copy Certification Fee – £24
- Late Payment Fee – £40
- Examination Fee (3 Attempts) – £145
- Examination Fee (Unlimited Attempts) – £195
- Complimentary Standard Exam Attempt (4–6 week processing time) – £0
- Course Reactivation Fee (3 Month Access) – £149
- Programme Cancellation Fee – £200
Learners must comply with all applicable policies, including:
- Appeals Procedure
- Complaints Procedure
- Malpractice Policy
- Equality, Diversity and Disability Policy
Failure to comply with these policies may result in termination of the training agreement.
Customer Conduct
BA National maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or misconduct directed towards staff, tutors, learners, or placement providers.
Any learner found responsible for such behaviour may have their training agreement terminated immediately without refund and, where appropriate, the matter may be reported to the police or relevant authorities.
Certificates will not be issued until all outstanding course fees and balances have been paid in full.
Complaints Process
Where possible, we aim to resolve complaints informally upon receipt.
Where further investigation is required, BA National will conduct a formal review and provide a written response within 20 working days.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may request a review of the decision and submit any additional evidence or information relevant to your complaint.
Work Experience Terms
Within these Terms and Conditions, work placements may also be referred to as internships, job placements, or work experience opportunities.
All work placements are unpaid and intended solely for educational and vocational development purposes.
Placements may be provided remotely, hybrid, or in person depending on operational availability.
Work placement opportunities are only available on selected programmes as advertised on the relevant course pages.
Minimum placement requirements include:
- One fixed day per week
- Typical hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm
- Minimum duration of 12 weeks
Placement durations may be extended based on individual performance.
Learners must successfully complete the required training and examinations before commencing placement.
Students are required to commence placement within 12 weeks of completing training.
Professional references may be provided upon successful completion of the placement.
Students must provide two referees before placement commencement.
Unauthorised absences exceeding two weeks during placement may result in termination of the placement and programme.
Work placements are voluntary educational services and hold no monetary value.
BA National reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue placement services in cases of breach of contract without compensation.
Where BA National is unable to secure a third-party placement opportunity, remote practical experience may be provided directly by BA National.
BA National accepts no liability for any third-party costs associated with placements or for the specific work undertaken during placement activities.
Non-compliance with placement terms may result in dismissal from the programme without refund.
Career Support
Career support services are available to learners who have successfully completed the minimum 12-week work placement requirement.
Career support services may include:
- CV support
- Cover letter assistance
- Professional references
- Job application guidance
- Interview preparation support
Career support services generally commence within 30 days following placement completion.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with the use of this website or these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Force Majeure
BA National shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing obligations under this agreement where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions or restrictions
- Acts of God
- Pandemics
- Technical failures
- Industrial disputes
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Variations
BA National reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure awareness of any updates or amendments.
Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, learners may cancel their course within 14 days of receiving access to course materials, whether in hard copy or digital format.
Cancellation requests must:
- Be submitted in writing via email to contact@banational.com
- Include a signed written notice
Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Learners also acknowledge that digital content refund rights may be lost where online course materials have already been accessed, downloaded, or logged into.
Any physical course materials must be returned in resaleable condition at the learner’s own cost and risk.
Where cancellation is accepted, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation request and returned materials, less any applicable cancellation fee.
The £200 cancellation fee only applies to learners who have not accessed course modules and who request cancellation within the applicable 14-day period.
After 14 days from enrolment, learners remain responsible for any outstanding balance owed under the agreement.
