I recently completed the Paralegal Training and Work Experience Programme with BA National, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The recruitment lady (Charina) was so sweet, maintained a professional approach and coached me through the process. Answered any questions I had, got back to me fast and honestly felt she was supporting me. However others were not the best with time, would set a specific time to hold interviews/conversations however would be around 30 minutes late – overlapping other plans I would have had during the day. I had to take a call on public transport. For personal reasons could no longer partake and expressed that in an email the day before and receive a phone call in the morning after, hung up in my face. I understand the frustration however at the end of the day this person (Abdul in careers management ???) is representing a company. To help him out next time: “This is a massive inconvenience on our end due to the urgent need for candidates, I will no longer be in contact with you. Bye.”. Anyway that was unprofessional and honestly made me glad I didn’t take the opportunity. Would have brushed it if it wasn’t for the way he handled the information lol.

The Sage 50 course exceeded my expectations.At first, I found Excel difficult, but with the assistance of Michael Mason, it was easy for me.

Course was difficult I had a learning disability and couldn’t pass the exam. I feel like I needed more support.

I can’t praise the BA National’s paralegal programme enough! It offered flexible learning hours, which made it easy to manage with my other commitments. The tutors were highly supportive and the experience at the law firm gave me real insights into the profession.

Course was easy to do, I would’vef preferably done classroom training. The work placement in Marketing helped me gain experience however I would of thought it could of been a longer duration!

Couldn’t be happier with the results, the tutor was extremely helpful during my software training and the accountant gave me a fantastic insight into the financial sector during the work experience. Managed to secure a job with a salary of 24k after 4 months, can’t complain!

I’m impressed by the breadth and depth of legal knowledge I gained from this course. The hands-on experience at a law firm was an invaluable bonus. I highly recommend it for anyone considering a career as a paralegal.

Completed the marketing course and Bradstone Allington got me a job with a marketing marketing agency in Birmingham. The salary was only £21k which not what I wanted, when I joined the programme I expected £25k.

I missed my opportunity to study business at uni. I already have a degree in finance, but I wanted to change my path to a different career. BA National course allowed me to gain more knowledge in the field without having to go back to uni, it was a lot cheaper too. My finance degree gives me an upper hand by having knowledge in a related career, therefore after this, I am hoping to be able to go straight into a trainee business analyst role.

I am looking forward the HR Programme although I haven’t decide to take it yet. I just wanted to share my interview experience with Shanay. She was very pleasant and patience to explain me the whole procedure in details, making me feel very comfortable and listened during the whole procedure. I am happy for her to be my career tutor 🙂

I found the Graphic Design course informative, challenging and enjoyable. It is something I have always had an interest in and kept me educating myself through this lockdown. Work experience was a breath of fresh air.

My friend recommended BA National to me for an IT course. They weren’t very happy but I had a good experience with the company, perhaps they’ve improved since then. I had prompt responses from the tutor who was very patient, a good and informative work experience and pleasant customer service.
